Home Partners CLFC - Creating Lasting Families Connections Program Drug Awareness Program The Guardian Program Promising Futures Program

This program is made possible by the collaborative efforts of our community and the diligent support of Sheriff Jeff Hardy and the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, Superintendent Tom Townsend and the Putnam County School Board, Department of Juvenile Justice and the Putnam County Board of County Commissioners.
"Working together to invest in Putnam County's Youth."
Our mission is to teach juveniles how to function efficiently in the school environment and in the community. In addition, we provide students with alternatives in lieu of school suspensions and expulsions. We encourage parental and community involvement with our at-risk juveniles, to provide them with an alternative from entering the Juvenile Justice System.
